About me

I started in software development and moved progressively closer to the customer via technical content creation and community program management before finally finding UX Research. I love investigating the intersection of humans and technology.

After 11 years at Microsoft, 5 at Amazon, and 1 at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, I took a couple years off to volunteer, travel, and write. Now, I’m a new transplant to New York City and looking for opportunities.
